This poster series for Freedmen’s Town Conservation Organization was created to promote their recurring event, Porch Talk. Drawing inspiration from the linear structure of historic shotgun houses—where the front door leads directly to the back—the design concept centers Porch Talk as the foundational element, with all supporting visuals and information built around it. The result is a set of four posters that demonstrate the flexibility of the layout while maintaining a cohesive and consistent visual identity that reflects the cultural and architectural roots of Freedmen’s Town.
